Lovely staff

Great location central can't fault anything

Out of season, so not many people about, but Guardamar is a lovely place. Breakfast lovely, room fine, maybe outdated but I had a lovely stay here.

Arrived around midnight and staff member was there to check us in. Unfortunately we couldn't get anything to drink. There is a vending machine but we had no change to get anything. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location and we would stay here again

Clean hotel, friendly staff but very dated and lacking facilities. For example the room we stayed in had no safe or fridge. The hotel is very dated with poor soundproofing - we could hear everything from adjoining rooms (including those on other floors). Lots of shouting, banging and the sound of dragging - typically starting at 6am. Similarly nights were noisy until gone 2am.

Food is good but shower doesn't have proper shampoo

Very central, skeleton staff but they work so hard, would like better parking but guardamar parking is always difficult.

I have stayed inGuardamar a lot over the past 10 years and this hotel is up there with the best for the money

Very nice old style Spanish hotel in convenient location for beach, shops etc. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. A top notch buffet-breakfast is available every day. Thank you

Family of 3 stay , on arrival given a room set for 2 ? Quickly moved to a room that smelt stale, no spare socket to use fridge and TV at same time. Had to ask for extra towels. Disappointing visit

The hotel is well laid out , very clean , 24 hour reception was good , the staff were brilliant , we had some awful weather conditions but the staff were very happy to help with sorting out the damage that the floods created . Our taxi to the airport was cancelled due to the roads being washed away , one of the reception staff took us to the airport , that was way beyond what we would have hoped but he was amazing . We will definitely use this hotel again . excellent value for money ,
