Good location, clean, big room, the only problem was to get passcode to the property and shouldn't be so hard to get it

The location is excellent. One minute from Torremolios Train Station and next to most tourist bus pickup locations. It was a self-check in. They email you the door codes at check-in time. Room and bathroom are clean with complimentary hand soap & body wash. The room was basic, no coffee maker or kettle but it did have a small fridge which was great. I would stay there again.

It doesn’t have kettle most people like a hot drink in a morning the room was clean tidy no staff at all but a ring bell available not enough blankets for the bed we had a tiny throw which only coved one person the bed was very firm too

The shower had a broken panel with a cheap shower curtain to block the hole. The noise in the room from the fridge was incredible. And there was no bedding just a sheet and pillows to sleep. Staff was non existent and although they advertise a room to leave your luggage the room is closed and there is no one to talk to.

Ideally located for the station. Liked the key code access to save having to meet someone for keys.

Interesting hotel, nice to get codes for the door, so no need for keys . Location is ideal for the train station and local amenities. Nice room with fridge, tv and good bathroom

Was very happy with my stay, cleanliness was amazing, minimal room but everything that was needed, comfortable bed, felt safe where I was, definitely recommend

Lovely place, centrum, affordable prices, no parking to find.

For the price it's a great place. Clean, quiet, and close to everything. Less than a minute to walk to the train station.

Property location was perfect with clear communication on how to access the room. Could do with upgrading towels and bedding provided.

Clean and convenient but check-in process a bit cumbersome espacially when an incorrect door pin is given

Communication was terrible. No info on how to get there all info was by watssap. Avoid this unclean, badly serviced place.

Terribe service. All done by watsapp took an hour to find the place as owner didnt respond. Place is rundown and dirty. No light on the staircase had to light it via phone.

Location great. Cleanliness could be better with hairs in shower and mismatched towels. Shower mix of glass and shower curtain . No safe though other rooms did have one.

Tried multiple times sine one week before arrival to get the acces codes to get in the hotel via email en phone since the form to be filled with our data doesn’t work. Contacted Expedia to find a solution, property was not reachable as well for Expedia!. No answer until the day before causing lots of stress and frustration, therefore booked another hotel in the meantime. Until now i have still no feedback from the property. Deffo a bad experience.

The place is not meant to be for resting or sleeping, the rooms beside were full of people partying, very noisy, they were smoking, drinking and there was a strong urine smell. At 1 in the morning we left and walked to another hotel, which meant we paid double as there was nobody we could talk to or complain about the noise levels or conditions. Terrible experience.
