Thanks a lot, I really enjoyed my stay in Dubrovnik its a very special place and I will definitley keep you guys in mind for my next stay, it was great.

There is much to commend these apartments. The location is excellent - very close to the beach, the bus stop, supermarket, and good restaurants. The apartments are quite well equipped and comfortable, and the local agent (Armin) was helpful and tried his best to attend to several requests. My major complaint is that the description on the Expedia site and the photographs on the site give a direct impression of sea views which is misleading. The real position is that the only sea views are from the outside balcony when you are standing up. Inside the apartments there are no windows which have any sea views. Photo 51 out of 57 on the Expedia site (which together with the main photo on the landing page of the web site for these apartments) suggest a balcony which faces the sea, and that there are sea views from inside the apartments. I based my decision to book these apartments on this impression, and was really disappointed when we arrived to find something quite different. Inside these apartments there is no view - the ceilings are low at the edges of the building and it feels quite claustrophobic. Despite this very real disappointment we eventually got over this, and enjoyed the positive aspects of staying in this location. I believe Expedia should revise/qualify the description of sea views and make it clear that some of the photos shown are not views from the apartments themselves.

Nice room with a beautiful balcony and very close to the beach- we really enjoyed it generally. The loft floor was very warm, even with the a/c on, also nowhere to put your bags after checkout. Our flight didn’t leave until 4pm and the owner did not allow us to store our bags anywhere or get a later checkout than 10 - difficult to enjoy your last afternoon while dragging suitcases.

Location was very good next to the beach Infrastructure needed repairs after we checked in - safes, roof skylights

This was very clean and had a cool patio view! Great location. Only problem was AC did not work in one room when we arrived but they had it fixed on our 2nd night stay. Again excellent location. Walking distance to restaurant row and bus that took you to Old town was right in front of The building.
