- This condo is in a prime location. It's just a block from the CN Towner and Aquarium. - There is a grocery story and LCBO in the building. - There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance and in the building. - The condo has the most amazing view of the CN Tower which is so pretty at night when it's lit up. - Great to have kitchen and living space in addition to the bedroom (as opposed to a typical hotel room) - There is no access to condo amenities (ex. gym) or no access to condo staff. - Have to coordinate key pickup upon arrival which is a bit of a nuisance. Lady we were meeting for key pickup was 20 minutes late. - Condo walls need painting and patch work. - Overall the condo is nice and not perfectly clean, but clean enough. - There is underground parking but at an additional cost. ($50 for 1.5 days) - I would certainly recommend this Condo to a friend and stay here again.
