I had a wonderful stay! The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect central location — everything is within walking distance. There’s also a parking garage nearby, which made it super convenient. Highly recommended!

We stayed in December. Don’t be misled by the main photo, it is an old apartment building. When we entered the room, we were shocked because it was much smaller and older than what was shown on the website. The open-buffet breakfast did not match the photos and was quite limited, with almost the same items served every day. Cleanliness was fine, the staff were polite, and the hotel was quiet for its location. Since it is rated four stars, our expectations were too high; however, it deserves no more than three stars.

Literally this hotel saved me in the night. My night flight was delayed and i knew about this also late. They gound for me clean nice warm room, beds are great, i was not sleeping such great For a long time. Receptionist lady is kind. Highly recomended ! They are replying on the phone very fast, so, don’t hesistate to call. Pity i skipped breakfast , but it’s written they have it before 10.00 While other hotels or did not replied , or took money , but said i can to chdck in only at 14.00, kind personal of this place accepted my request. 🙏

Hotel Marshal has an excellent location, within walking distance to all the city’s main attractions. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, fresh towels are provided daily, and the air conditioning works perfectly. From the very first day, Mateo was incredibly attentive and supported us with everything we needed. Even the housekeeping team is warm and welcoming. A comfortable and enjoyable stay – highly recommended!

When we went to Belgrade for a business trip, we all stayed at this hotel. They have contracted taxi drivers from the airport to the hotel. The fee is 30 euros. But my friends said that it is cheaper if you take a random taxi, around 20 euros, unless they take advantage of you being a tourist and deceive you. The lady in the lobby was very helpful and attentive. The guys serving breakfast were also very friendly and caring. Breakfast options and rooms were not bad. When you check in with breakfast included, you are given breakfast tickets along with your room card. There is a slight problem with the alarm system of some rooms. If you pull the door strongly, it will be fixed. I'm sure the elevators have passed security checks, but their appearance does not inspire confidence. There are 3-4 different elevators. We chose it because it was close to the city center.
