Very large rooms . Clean . Pool area with sun loungers in the garden area

Beautiful- remote so arrange transportation to get around to the hot spots.

The location is not as per the map on Expedia, it is about 2km away from the advertised location away from the main area. The pool area is quiet however there are a lot of wasps, my partner and other guests were stung. There is entry to the sea nearby but not a beach. The rooms are sufficient for a short stay, however the beds are not comfortable. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away. We hired a car for the day via reception and asked if this covered full insurance and was told yes however then charged extra by the car hire people when they dropped the vehicle off. All in all we had a good holiday here.

Good hotel with lovely seaview

Location of this property can not be faulted. Beautiful ocean views close to Agassi but far enough away to be quiet. Owners were amazing and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Although dated my room was really clean (no dirty feet walking bare foot which tends to be my biggest gripe in hotel rooms) bed was super comfy and had really good nights sleep. The Garden is the adjoining bar/restaurant has had a lot of love given to it and was a great place to spend the evening. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to return

Hotels.com showed our room with a balcony but it was ground floor. Staff changed our room which was fantastic. Any other issues were sorted straight away. No beach nearby, just rocks and sea. Loads of restaurants and really good food at a good price.

Power kept turning on and off and the noise in the morning

This is definitely a great location to base yourself to see Zakynthos. It is easily walkable to the Argassi tourist area for dining options and shopping, and is right on the seafront with a pool. The premises is a bit tired and dated but they keep it clean. Things to note is that the wifi is very sporadic and didn’t connect in the rooms. Also in summer you will need mozzie deterrents. There were random power outages for 20-30 seconds at various times. On the whole, we found it good value, and good value if you are on a budget.

Staff are kind and they do their best. The room is ok but the shower was terrible. A tiny shower tray and a curtain the rod kept coming off the wall when you pulled the curtain to open. The shower head wouldn’t stay on, you had to hold it at all times. We were in the middle floor of 3 floors, facing the sea and the back of the pool bar. One night music was so loud and it continued until very late (beyond 1 am) someone must have complained it wasn’t that bad the following nights. The beach is non existent you can go in and out of the sea though. Via some stairs . We’ve never used the pool it was too small and serving what looks like 2 hotels. When I find out how much of the total package price went to the flights and how much for the hotel I understood how little the hotel got. Which explained everything. If you want a nice enough place to be based at go for it, otherwise you may be a tad disappointed how basic this place actually is. The town of Argasi is more than a mile away and it’s a narrow fast road with no pavement so you do need to drive. Parking was a challenge too. Although the hotel has a small plot (for 3-4 cars) it was usually full which meant we had to look for a parking spot elsewhere.

Some difficulties went arriving by car, as it is not very well indicated. The hotel looks nice, but the economic rooms are... too economic. Located in the base level, there is no window, only the entrance door with a blurry crystal that doesn't block the light. There is a curtain there to be used during the night, but it is not helping much. The hotel is, literally, in front of the sea, and this impacts in the humidity one can feel inside the rooms. The AC helps to remove it, but is a bit noisy if you pretend to leave it during the night. Worse thing is that the garden area with tables is not restricted to the guests, and had a group of people in front of our door making a lot of noise until 3-4 AM. The service desk is not 24/7, so we had no one to complain to. It clearly has margin to improve and I hope the managers will do that.

i liked the effort the staff put in to make sure that we had a good time . The room was generally clean, but the bathroom had no curtain in the shower and most things in room seemed really used up.

Upon arrival, we were brought it through the back entrance (the pool area). Then we were greeted by a casual Greek man who was shouting Greek up 2 floors, to notify reception that there were guests. The elevator was broke. Check-in was quite slow and took 10 minutes to look up the reservation and pay the city tax. WiFi was temperamental at best. Room was basic, but was OK The hotel did not change towels daily - which apparently was a deal between agent and hotel. - A big big No No in my book. Did not eat here. But the rooftop bar is surprisingly very very nice. Argassi beach is not a beach you can sunbathe on. It's just some pebbles and straight into the ocean.

Wonderful hotel set in beautiful gardens with pool. Immediate access to the beach. Large airy rooms, great beds. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Wendy is fabulous. Beautiful rooftop bar run by Vivvi. Always welcoming. Great pool bar. Good food from hotel, pool bar and rooftop bar. Will definitely return.

Non mi è tanto piaciuta la colazione. La stanza era parecchio umida. Posizione ottima..di fronte al mare con balconcino! Peccato che il mare di fronte non sia tra i più belli per fare il bagno..ma era bello sentirlo e guardarlo..e godersi il tramonto!

God pool, god udsigt, søde arbejdere(god personale) kedelig morgenmad og lidt dårligt internet

È una bella struttura, molto carino e comodo per spostarsi. Ristoranti e negozi non troppo distanti anche a piedi, in auto a due minuti. Bella piscina e basta scendere delle scale per il mare. Pulizia pessima e la camera un po’ datata. Però per il prezzo pagato se vi interessa un alloggio comodo va più che bene.
