As soon as we entered the Riad Emotion we felt very welcomed by the staff. Our experience was amazing. The breakfast was outstanding, the service was amazing and the interior design was spectacular. Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved this place. This was our fifth trip to Morocco, we’ve stayed at some great riads, but this was by far our favorite. Looking forward to returning

This Road is a gem. Absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff and owner are delightful and extremely helpful. The Riad has steps to all the rooms as is typical and a terrace where breakfast is served. The breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, eggs, pastries and homemade preserves.

Great stay! We very much enjoyed it!

Did not live up to other riads in my experience. One consideration is they use an extremely strong cleaning product that made my stomach turn. I've never had issues with chemical cleaners before. Internet is at times unusable. Location is as good as any if you like to be central and near most everything. Breakfast is very solid for a hotel, but again falls behind other riads.

Everything was spot on and in a great location from the beach and shopping

Very beautiful and centrally located Riad - Philip the host was friendly and helpful, provided us with great restaurant recommendations and offered to help contact businesses to make appointments for Hammam's and make dinner reservations. Our bus to Casablanca was scheduled for the afternoon, after check out time and they were gracious enough to let us keep our bags at the Riad while we explored before our bus. Delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms - an all around wonderful experience.

We loved everything about this riad. Perfect location too which reqlly helped with sight seeing. Book it!!!

Le Riad Émotion est très apaisant. Sa décoration est très typique, mais aussi très cocooning, fait avec beaucoup de goût ; nous sommes au centre de la Médina mais c’est d’un calme absolu. Gisèle est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner fait maison est très copieux, ses couchages sont très confortables et elle est de très bon conseil pour la découverte d’Essaouira et ses alentours. Merci également à Hayett et Samira pour la qualité de leurs services.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux, avec une boisson de bienvenue accompagnée de délicieux gâteaux. La chambre, décorée avec un goût exquis, offre une literie d’excellente qualité et de superbes linges de lit. Les peignoirs à disposition sont très appréciables et ajoutent une touche de confort supplémentaire. Aucun détail n’est laissé au hasard : bouilloire et cafetière Nespresso à disposition, salle de bain spacieuse, parfaitement agencée et magnifiquement décorée. Le petit déjeuner est un moment d’exception : copieux, raffiné, intégralement fait maison, du jus aux confitures en passant par le yaourt/raibi… un pur délice ! L’équipe, de l’accueil au service du matin, est aux petits soins. Les propriétaires, charmants et passionnés, ont su créer un véritable havre de paix, en préservant avec élégance le patrimoine culturel d’Essaouira. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir très vite. Merci pour ce séjour magique et pour toutes ces attentions, jusqu’au service de repassage ! Un lieu paradisiaque à découvrir absolument… Je vous laisse découvrir toutes les merveilles de cet endroit, je n’en dis pas plus. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Un riad plein d’âme, niché au cœur de la médina. Accueil chaleureux, décor raffiné, silence apaisant… On s’y sent attendu, sans jamais être dérangé. Le vent sur la terrasse, les parfums du patio, le chant discret du lieu : tout invite à ralentir, à écouter . Merci à Gisèle, Philippe et son équipe pour ce mémorable séjour !

街の中心部にあって観光や買い物に便利でスタッフも非常に親切でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、窓の閉まり具合が悪くロックすることができずセキュリティに不安を感じたのと、夜にスタッフが誰もいなくなる日があり救急の用事があった場合どうするのか不安になりました。また英語が通じないスタッフが多いので少しコミュニケーションが取りづらいかも知れません。

Fantástica opción de alojamiento en Essaouira! Frederic, el dueño del Riad es súper atento y pendiente de los huéspedes, ofreciendo recomendaciones. El desayuno es riquísimo y variado y se toma en la terraza del Riad. Ubicación muy céntrica en la Medina. Totalmente recomendable.

Ein sehr herzlichen Empfang durch Philipp. Er hat uns super gute Restaurants empfohlen. Dieses Riad ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Frühstück war liebevoll serviert worden mit top Produkte. Wichtig man kann nicht vor das Riad fahren. Vor den Stadtmauern kann man jedoch ein Gepäckträger für 20 DH nehmen, der auch weiss wo das Riad ist und ihm dann folgen.

Fuimos a varias Riad en Marruecos todos muy buenas , pero esta fue la mejor de todas atendida por sus propietarios los cuales son muy cordiales y siempre están atentos para ayudar al turista con sus planes de viaje y explicando los sitios turísticos de la ciudad, son una pareja de franceses muy cordiales, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, aseadas y confortables, la ubicación es la mejor, el desayuno es muy completo. No duden en escoger esta Riad en sus viajes a essouira, la pasarán muy bien

We arrived with no expectations, and with no knowledge of the town. We were pleasantly surprised by both. The town is a gem, windy and welcoming, and offers delicious seafood. The Riad Emotion was splendid, hosts Phillipe and his wife were super-generous, and the staff served exquisite breakfasts on the the rooftop terrace. The interior is tasteful, and our room was perfect.
