This is a great hotel, but the restaurant needs some attention. It might be good at other times, but I happened to go there around 15-20 minutes before closing. I asked if it was okay, otherwise I could have left to another restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. The beans looked like leftovers and were cold. It seemed like they wanted me to leave, which I could have done if they had told me no more service. I was still eating, but they wanted me to pay. I would have left if they had told me before service! Everything else about the hotel is great, though.

Our stay was great. Easy access to freeway, great air and and breakfast. My only recommendation would be that they have a scale to support frequent flyers.

The level of professionalism of the staff was superb. Hard working and always eager to help. Kudos to them!

I’m complaining not about the Hotel but about Expedia. I called your customer service department and I was treated unfairly. Shame on you.

Absolutely love the staff and this hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and a memorable one. Stayed here 6 times in the last few years the staff know us by name and we know them as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome and food options are great. The bar is well equipped and convenient. They have a good sized pool as well as a terrace for events etc and have live music on the weekends Hotel is gated with security and is safe and secure. We aleways take the balcony suites and they have a great view. You wont go wrong with this hotel.

I always stay here when I visit my family in Salamanca! This hotel makes my family and me feel safe and secure. This hotel is close to Walmart and entertainment venues.

It's a nice hotel overall but you're stuck out in the middle of nowhere. Checking in was also not as easy as i felt it should have been; I had paid ahead and they first tried to charge me, which took a couple minutes to clear up, then they gave me a room without a balcony (which I had paid for) which took even more time to get cleared up. The staff, however, were overall very polite and accommodating. I would recommend the hotel overall, though.

Disfruté muchísimo el espacio de la habitación, la vista y el balcón. Además es muy ameno el paseo entre los espacios del hotel.
