Muy centrico y buen servicio

Clean room, balcony in the room we had did not look like the picture on the website it was much smaller and no privacy towards the street the fence was a steel fence not like the picture. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was clean. It is at the end of downtown - it is a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is NO parking or valet. We went at a time when there was a festival 10/19 -10/21 and parking was very limited - we searched for approximately 30 minutes - we were able to park overnight at a hotel that 15 mins away.

Inappropriate personeel suddenly visiting my room at 11:30pm. Restaurant service also poor

Nice small hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Was hot water but didn’t last for long. Had to rush in shower. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast at restaurant was good as was the service. Would stay here again.

It’s a very centric hotel reasonable price spacious the only thing I didn’t like it’s to noisy an you can hear everything threw the walls

We enjoyed our stay at Santa Rita. The room was big and clean, and the restaurant in the hotel had really good food and service.

Is not the cleaner place, very noisy no restaurant so to expensive for the type of accommodation that it is.... There are better options with the same price

Area was perfect, right in the center of the city! 2 minute walk to Mercado Hidalgo, and 5-10 minute walk to famous landmarks/museums that are located in the center. It felt safe and staff was amazing, very nice and helpful! Room was clean and well kept. However, AC did not work properly and water pressure was poor. Other than that, definitely recommend.

The cleaning lady was really kind! Her cleaning was good. The property itself needs care. Bathroom smelt like sewer gas. Most of them do, no P-traps. Balcony room very noisy from the outside street at all hours of the night. None of the doors are sealed good, you can see towards the hallway. And you can see towards the outside.

Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Citlalli Luna, Estefania Flores, Jose Delgado y la señora del mantenimiento estas 4 personas son lo mejor del hotel. Realmente te hacen sentir bien y te colaboran en todo. El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, solo podrían los dueños hacer un poco mas bonitas las habitaciones. Pero es un buen hotel precio-ubicacion.

The place is older. No windows to exterior in some rooms. But you do get windows to hallway. You can hear everything. Not recommended if your a light sleeper and have a problem with stairs. If you can’t carry you luggage up the stairs, also not recommended because before you can get to reception area you have to climb up stairs. Google will take you to an entrance that does not exist. The entrance is on the main busy street and look for the restaurant signs. Also a clinic below the hotel. Wear a mask if COVID fear.

Close to everything. For the price, decent value. Staff very nice. Street rooms a bit noisy. Upstairs rooms quieter.

The room was really small, but very clean and smelled great upon entry. The bed was very hard, but that might’ve been a good thing for my back. For the price, you get the necessities. Nothing more nothing less. It’s not fancy, not many amenities. But it will do for a night or two. Close to every store you would need outside on the street.
