Lovely hotel, facilities and staff. Room was pretty small with no mini bar for drinking/wine glasses and room service added to bill when requesting glasses and wine opener which was pretty strange as standard for most hotels!

Fabulous hotel. 5* rather than 4*. In an old school, film stars of the past (see Bridget Bardot) kind of way. Professional and friendly service (save 1 slightly over zealous lady in the breakfast room!) We loved Cervia and this hotel and I think we would make a specific trip to return here for a long weekend in the “off season”. This was not anticipated so well done Hotel Conchiglia!

We had a great time and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all very helpful and any issues sorted straight away.

Lovely, lovely hotel, far exceeded my expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on reception and the tall gentleman in the breakfast restaurant, they both made me feel very comfortable and looked after which i very much appreciated, as i was staying on my own. Hotel pool was in a lovely private setting on the first floor and the health Jacuzzi was luxurious. The location was excellent with the beautiful sandy beach across the road (Sunrises were stunning) and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. If I had to make any recommendations they would be to have; Facilities to make coffee in the room and One large mattress rather than two singles. The hotel stands out both in terms of architecture and quality. It was perfect for our needs. The only downside was a lack of bar staff to supply sundowners.

Had a stay with family in two rooms. The hotel is very good and the facillities are close to excellent. The service, except for female breakfast staff, is very very good. We had zero problems and the reception staff(especially the very professional and friendly Belgian woman), is truly excellent with good advices and smilling. We can truly recommend this hotel.

Fremragende ophold, skønt hotel, dejligt pool område, god morgenmad og fine værelser. Eneste små ting at sætte en finger på: manglende engelsk kundskaber hos personalet da der var mange internationale gæster, og så er det ikke optimalt at bo ved elevator

Ottima struttura, pulita, rilassante e personale preparato e sempre gentilissimo. Piscina all'aperto silenziosa e mai troppo affollata. Ottimo

Sehr hohe Kundenfreundichkeit durchweg. Ideale Lage am Strand. Es war Ende September etwas kalt, man brachte mir sofort die gewünschten Zusatzdecken. Alles sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Nice position, clean and nice personal, i recommend anyone who likes to go to that region but its expensive to be 4 stars hotel. I found strange that there wasn't any bottle of water when we arrived and you have to pay it if you want.

Ottimo hotel, pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che nelle zone comuni. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet con tantissima scelta e alta qualità di prodotti. Piscina con zona idromassaggio molto curata e funzionante. Servizio bar e ristorante a bordo piscina con molte scelte. Prezzo qualità molto vantaggioso ci ritorneremo senz’altro.

We loved the stay at this hotel. Really nice pool, good breakfast and most important, really really kind and amazing staff that was so friendly towards our kids :-)
