Very expensive for what it is. The room was nothing like it looked in the pictures. The bed was broken, the fan made a racket, there was nowhere to hang your clothes - 3 coathangers were provided, 1 broken and I wasn't sure where they expected us to hang them. There was a massive dead cockroach by the bed when we woke on our first morning. We politely voiced our disappointment and when we came back at the end of the day, nothing had been done, the cockroach still lay lifeless by the bed. Eventually they showed us an alternative room, a twin with a wardrobe - hardly the romantic getaway we'd anticipated. We asked them to instead, repair the bed, fix the fan and remove the cockroach from the original room - the bed and cockroach were addressed. At the end of the last day, they finally realised it was my birthday (despite me filling in numerous forms on arrival with my date of birth, 2 members of staff sweetly shook me by the hand. Despite that, our room had not been made up. We were informed it was because we had the only key... The room including taxes was over £100/night, I know what to expect in other parts of Goa, it was not value for money or realy a very pleasant experience. We both had massages which were twice the price of other massages we've had in Goa and frankly the worst massage I've ever had, I wondered if they'd just plucked 2 women off the street. All in all, thoroughly disappointing.
