I had a wonderful stay. Sergio, Eri & Aliando front desk staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Location is convenient with some nearby both upscale restaurant and cafes.

Nice hotel. Very quiet. Amazing shower but water leaked all over bedroom floor. Very friendly staff. Good location. 10 mins walk to central Tirana.

Unprofessional staff, does not look like photos, does not have breakfast included, only offering a dinky cup of coffee you have to pay for and the area is rundown and looks like Palestine. Cleaning lady kept having days off and you can hear right through the walls and they keep stained sheets on bed and do not give your money back.

In the picture, The bed looked amazing. In reality it was mediocre, Nothing terrible but nothing beautiful. Also we paid for this hotel primarily for the breakfast included part which is advertised in the listing, However when we went to ask about the breakfast the night prior, they stated they didnt do it and were confused at the desk.

Great hotel, 10 minutes walk to the city centre with free parking. Helpful and friendly staff and modern rooms. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Reception team was amazing everyone spoke English very well, the espresso bar in the lobby has all you need whether you like coffee or tea reception will take care of you, the room itself was very clean, and the view from the balcony was nice especially on a sunny day, a bakery & juice spot is located nearby for affordable yet delicious snacks, the location is a bit of a walk from the city center but very easy to use taxi service like BlueTaxi if you don’t want to walk, the WiFi worked fine, there’s an elevator and overall the area felt safe, a huge thanks to Nik for outstanding service and making sure everything was good for me would return for a second time to this wonderful hotel

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider returning in the future.

Good location short walk from town helpful staff, great coffee and extremely clean. Only issue was the bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were like rocks, otherwise it was excellent value for the money

The hotel is about 1 mile from central Tirana however with the price and service i can not fault it at all.Erick at the reception desk and the other guy were very kind and helpful. The bed was extra comfortable and quiet place will definitely visit again.
