The indoor parking

Great stay during a recent winter emergency situation . Kind and helpful front desk staff . Varied Bkft buffet with all the essentials . A few missing essentials - conditioner and lotion due to back order . Would suggest especially during winter - -boot tray for wet boots /shoes to protect carpet .

Clean studio room. Friendly and helpful from desk staff . Missing some basic amenities - conditioner and body lotion - back order . Suggest to Have 2 Queen bed option, remove carpet in hall and especially in room , if pet friendly & boot mat during winter to ensure all says clean and dry .

Underground parking, great breakfast, nice place.

Great stay. Nice underground parking.

Everything was great, staff, room, breakfast, lobby & weight room. We played Monopoly in the lobby with the kids and they had fun.

Bed had some denting, I would roll towards the middle. Couch was not in a great shape. Staff was friendly

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The hours of the complimentary breakfast were extended for the holidays, which was nice. There was enough options at the buffet for everyone in the family to eat.

Linda at reception was amazing. From the day before check in when I called to verify a couple of things to when she was at the front desk when I checked in. She is so pleasant and helpful. A wonderful first impression for your hotel.

Indoor Parking is a huge plus especially in winter and the car wash is a bonus

Check-in was quick. Our room already had our crib. Spacious with full equipped kitchen. Gym and pool are great, located by elevators and on same floor. Indoor parking which is amazing especially for the harsh winter. Even has a self carwash. Breakfast buffet was ok. Could have more fruits available and lactose free milk. Also adding body cream to the washroom amenities would be a great add on. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a family.
