We flew in after midnight and it was a last minute booking on a snowy, icy evening that prevented us from driving back to Ottawa. We didn't stay at the hotel long, but the bed and linens were so comfortable. Thank you

Great stay during a recent winter emergency situation . Kind and helpful front desk staff . Varied Bkft buffet with all the essentials . A few missing essentials - conditioner and lotion due to back order . Would suggest especially during winter - -boot tray for wet boots /shoes to protect carpet .

Clean studio room. Friendly and helpful from desk staff . Missing some basic amenities - conditioner and body lotion - back order . Suggest to Have 2 Queen bed option, remove carpet in hall and especially in room , if pet friendly & boot mat during winter to ensure all says clean and dry .
