Good location for our travel and the amenities of the rooms

It was clean and quiet

Best hotel breakfast we've had in years! The room itself was spacious and comfy but had a bit of a weird smell.

The room we stayed was good. No complants there.

Our flight got delayed and got to the hotel really late. Waited a while for the staff to check us in. Breakfast ok. Room clean.

I had a 4 night stay booked. We found out that there was a death in the family and needed to get home early. The management at this property refused to refund this one night. I go to Des Moines twice a year to visit my daughter and thought I had found a convenient place to stay again. Given this experience, I will never stay at this property again. Shame on the the Des Moines airport property management team - shame. :-(

Wonderful hotel, rooms were clean and very roomy! Service was awesome, pool was nice the kids enjoyed it, laundry and gym clean and awesome. Plenty of room for our family of 7.

Breakfast was great and rooms were big and accommodating

Clean, helpful staff, the upstairs neighbors were moving furniture at 5am and after calling the front desk they went up and had them quiet down.

Everything was great.

We came in for an Iowa basketball weekend and the hotel was quiet, food was good and the beds were comfortable. Great value for the money. They were very accommodating for shuttle service to and from airport.

Stayed before a flight. Shuttle service great. Hotel was quiet for as busy as it was. Bed not super comfortable but overall the stay was very good.
