The property is in a great location. While we selected a "micro" king room, it was tiny and the lay-out was terrible. The pictures of the room online did not really show how small it was and how bad the layout was. The room was not that clean.

Hotel was great.. all the staff was awesome!! Huge shout out to Zachary!! He was super knowledgeable and had tons of wonderful recommendations for the area!!

Beautiful place and great location. Thin walls so you hear a lot, but would stay again!

The room was really nice. The cleaning service was great. Location is awesome, but you hear everything. Every nose outside, every footstep on the roof bar, every voice, every door. It sounds like someone is constantly throwing a bowling ball around. I stayed 4 nights and maybe slept 16hrs total.

Right in the middle of witchdom. Great restaurants on next blocks. Staff very helpful. All good.

Beautiful property

We loved our time at Hotel Salem! After the short awkwardness of pulling our suitcases down Essex Street (there is no street parking or driving on Essex), we were welcomed and treated very well. Our room was really cool—modern decor and nice hot shower water. Very clean and comfy bed with a nice view. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is so beautiful, accommodating, friendly, and just so welcoming. The Men and Women that work their go above and beyond for the guests. I can’t want to come back to Hotel Salem. If you visit make sure to try the Pizza and the drinks are really good.

Olivia ans Asia (sorry if thats not the right spelling!), as well as the reat of the staff were amazing in help for things to do and places to go. Ashley was my aidekick in helping get things set up for our Bachelorette in the hotel room before her getting in. We loved it all!

Great vibes

Parking is a hassle but the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Enjoyed the recommendations. Would stay again!
