Great restaurant and beautiful beaches near by

The place was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very nice, including the owner of the property. We had a great experience and would love to go back.

The property is beautiful well kept and clean. The room was well designed and spacious. Loved the Raire restaurant! Our meal made our night even more special. The Hampton Maid and Raire are hidden gems.

Fell in love with this property! Everyone was so attentive and super clean room! I am total OCD and everything was perfect! The pillows were exactly how I like them, slept great, blackout curtains. Enjoyed the pool! The restaurant was 5 star! Organic food all grown at their property. Chef Alex has the touch! All around 5 stars!

Have stayed at this property a few times. Was a nice stay previously. However, this time we stayed in Room #25 for the first time. We stayed for two nights @ $500 per night. The bathroom shower did not have hot water the last night. Additionally, the bathroom had a sewer odor. The walls are paper thin. Could actually hear a cough, a sneeze, etc. from the guests in the next rooms. Was very disappointed.

Our family vacation was perfect. Looking forward to staying again.

Clean and comfortable—that’s all I ask for. I don’t need luxe baubles or finishes, but what sets the Hampton Maid apart is its friendly and efficient staff that make you feel welcome. Not just that, but they probably have the best restaurant in the area, with delicious offerings made with the freshest ingredients and done with inventiveness and flair while remaining down-to-earth. The water pressure could be higher, but nevertheless we would stay here again the next time we’re in the Hamptons.

Lovednthe junior suite. Outside fireplace. Very nice room. Was not happy with dinner at R.Aire. Served the wrong dinner, no attempt to fix the error Was disappointed considering prices of the meals. Would definitely come back to stay but will eat elsewhere.

Love this place so much ! It has sort of become a birthday tradition to stay here. The best breakfast in the Hamptons and the grounds and pool are beautiful.

This place is always a 10/10. Truly the nicest staff, everyone is so helpful. Clean. Great amenities. Would highly recommend for a quiet cozy weekend.

This property was amazing! I took my wife here recently for her birthday. The property was immaculate our room was inside the WINDMILL. We ate at the restaurant R’Aire amazing food and Chef was very hospitable, welcoming, just really down to earth warm person. We, will definitely make this place a destination location on a regular bases.

This is the fourth time that we have stayed at The Hampton Maid. We stayed for 5 days. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great and we were in the pool every day. We'll be back!
