Very clean and comfortable and the staff were great

Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.

For one nice stay, I must say overall good.

Roads bad to find yourselves around, we ere told no food on arrival there were three restaurants on supposed to be open closed. 2 bit pricey, ate in one not good service.

it was good but not satisfied with the stay, it says smoking free hotel but tge room smells cigarettes, and you can here people passing on the rooms

Totally overpriced, does not match the description on Hotel.com. This place is a hostel not a hotel. Run down dump.

We stay with our dog in this hotel 8-10 times per year to and from Holland-Spain. Since the hotel has a new owner service has gone down and the reception is not that friendly. This last stay was for us the moment to never come back there. We booked in really good time for a much higher price than usual and we got a very cramped room on the 1st floor, on top of that there was a parking space right under our window and of course someone parked there late at night with music level beyond belief. On our request to get a better room we were told that the hotel was fully booked. From other guests we learned that although they came in very late there was no problem in getting the room they wanted. So goodbeye we will find a friendlier more service minded hotel for the same price.

Great spot for touring area. Pool clean, very friendly staff, many restaurants just north near cinema mall, super clean and large room.

Rummet var rent och tyst. Bra badrum. Det som drar ner nöjdheten var sängen som var hård och obekväm i mitt tycke.

Chambre propre..un peu sombre.. petit déjeuner très correct..personnel très aimable... parking appréciable.. côté piscine..rien à voir avec les photos sur l application .

Online (pictures) the accommodation looks better than in reality. I was a little disappointed. I Expected more. For example, the pool was much smaller than shown in the pictures. It's a normal standard hotel for people who have a limited budget, which is fine. But online the hotel is presented much more modern, which is not the case. Also the breakfast includes the bare essentials & simple food. Nothing special. If you want more modernity, a better pool, varied food, I would recommend this hotel less

Excellent qualité, sauf le confort du lit, qui était tres dur et des oreillers trop petits et durs aussi

Très déçu d une suite pour 4 a 210€ ( sans petit dej ) la nuit, un lit et un clic clac … pas de douche ! c est un formule 1 en faite sa ne mérite pas 210€ la nuit…. On a passé des meilleurs nuits pour beaucoup beaucoup moins chère dans des hôtels en bord d autoroute ! On évitera la prochaine fois

Bon accueil et chambre avec une bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner copieux . Après avoir fait de la route on a apprécié de ne pas repartir pour dîner car sur place il y a de quoi se restaurer avec un petit snack pas trop cher . Et un restaurant a 50m environ.

Les photos qui font la promotion de l’etablissement sur le site d’hotels.com sont celles de Calicéo à promixité et non de l’hôtel... c’est totalement malhonnête, trés déçus des prestations qui n’étaient du coup pas du tout celles mise en avant...
