Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Super value.

This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable, not to mention perfectly located near all the points of interest in Derry. The breakfast was delicious as well. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Derry.

Our room was bright and looked out over Shipquay, the main street, lots of natural light. That gave a little street noise at night, but not bad. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat in town. Parking (paid) is a short walk up the hill.

The Staff was really welcoming and the property was first rate. Terrific breakfast as well!

Hotel was in a great location and was nice. The room was too hot with no way to cool it down and the view was of a wall even though I paid for a room that was above the base level

Breakfast was good! Our rooms were very small and old. Beds were comfortable.

Nice, small hotel in the center of town with friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfast was excellent!

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and staff accommodating. We enjoyed a welcoming drink and sweets. The room was clean and the shower great. The location was centrally located. Parking was a bit challenging but we found a lot a few blocks away that was safe and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful stay in Shipquay hotel, we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco - a nice touch, it was notable how fantastic the staff were throughout the visit, so friendly and helpful

The hotel central to all tourist attractions and 5 minutes walk from the bus station. A period property that has been tastefully modernised. I highly recommend it.

Great food and atmosphere. Only issue is parking and accessibility. Hotel location makes it difficult to access with a wheelchair or walker. Room itself was great, as was the restaurant

Stayed for one night. Staff were fantastic, service at breakfast amazing and the room was lovely and quiet. Very comfortable bed and central to town so a great spot.
