El hotel es antiguo y está en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Quetzaltenango. Las habitaciones son limpias y el personal amable y atento No es aconsejable para niños o adultos mayores debido a que tiene muchos niveles y no tiene elevador.

Internet worked great, excellent shower, good breakfast, water available all the time, fabulous service. At elevation, climbing up the stairs to the fifth floor was honestly a challenge, but worth it.

I love the location because allows us to participate and enjoy the ambient of the central park, been part of the Xelas history is also amazing, unfortunately some of the front desk employees are a little bit hesitant to help/accomodate the needs of the guest, breakfast buffet will be awesome, but overall good experience!

The son of the founder lives on the property and loves to mingle with the guests! He is a wonderful 91 year full of history!

The only thing I don’t like is that the breakfast menu is only on choice so disappointing

El cuarto era extremadamente pequeño, sin ventilación, se botó un poco de soda/gaseosa por accidente y cobraron 300 por una toalla vieja que se utilizó para ayudar a limpiar.

Hotel is classic older property that is well maintained, attractive and well located next to the central plaza. However, it is unheated so that in the colder months the rooms are cold. We were able to switch from an unheated room to one that had a small electric heater which helped. The included breakfast is very good.

Needs upgrading but generally a good hotel within the city. Location was excellent and the breakfast was good. We stayed at a busy time but staff were very accomadating

Checking in was both smooth and fast. Staff were very friendly from front desk to waiters & housekeeping. Room was clean and comfortable. Room was well appointed. Room and washroom amenities were more than. adequate. For a hotel of this age it has been well maintained. kudos to the staff & management. Location is fantastic at Central Park. Walking distance to many eateries and other attractions. Highly Recommended!
