Initially, my interactions with staff were terrible. They were a mixture of indifferent, aggressive, and hostile, going so far as to try to get me to cancel my reservation when I warned them that they better not be any other problems with the property or I would go after a refund.
That said, once I actually arrived and checked into the property, most of the problems dissipated. There were some maintenance issues, but beyond that, the property was fine, and it was a “you get what you pay for” situation. The only unexpected variable that popped up while I was there was the privacy the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything that’s going on inside the hotel.
If I needed someplace cheap to stay a couple days before I flew out of LHR, I would book this place. If I needed something more long-term and private, I’d book elsewhere.
