Enjoyed stay there a lot

Good location in a city center, but the accomodations didn’t seem ready for public use.

Perfect place for our family! Super roomy! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, two bedrooms, tons of beds, 2 bathrooms! It was fabulous and so affordable!

No internet. And unable to communicate to get it fixed. Property cold.

Absolute disgrace our apartment had no running water..company are terrible to deal with and rude still waiting on our refunds as we had to leave the property..I’d strongly advise them to do a course on communication skills

Very spacious.

Check in was easy and simple, All Communication and guest information was great from The team. The apartment was spacious and well kept. All linen clean. Hot water instructions were easy to follow however, trying to get the taps to work in the showers to make the hot come through was challenging, once we figured it out it was all good. Good Location quick drive into Main Street and shops. The security in the building wasn’t great the front door with the code was often left open by other guests. There were also very loud and obnoxious guests on the floor above us at 3-5 am which would make so much noise that it was frightening, nothing to do with the stay just something to be aware of if booking with families. Would stay again.

Clean and very spacious with fridge, cooktop and oven and kitchen utensils.

The apartment was great, fit every one of our needs. Felt like it was a little ways from the City Center but overall quick drive, easy access to attractions around. Very clean, spacious, and we would stay again for sure.

On the whole, this property is good; we really appreciated that the 2 bedroom unit had 2.5 bathrooms and was well-appointed. However, there was two issues relating to communication with property management and the condition of the unit. First, the property management insisted upon being contacted by direct phone call only, but this is difficult and leads to extra costs for foreign visitors. This lead to our check-in being unnecessarily delayed and complicated. Second, the hairdryer was broken but we were unable to contact management to resolve the issue. We would recommend the property expand their contact options to include a service more accessible to foreign visitors.

Price is 5 star price , but service is worst than 1 star. There is no reception , and the self check in process was very complicate . There is no hot water in the apartment , and there is no even basic hotel supply .

Apartment had an odd smell, beds were not super comfortable. Was very spacious though and had kitchen utensils.

Place was nice

The apartment was perfect for our holiday, it was very roomy and comfortable. There was 2 bathroom's, a fully equipped kitchen dinning area as well. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back over there

Clean and comfy. Its a great price. Not luxurious but a great base for exploration. Showers were great. Kitchen equipped with the basics. Staff were on site and attentive. Would stay again.

The property is behind a hotel and you really have to read the intro email and pay close attention to find your way. Another couple were confused with communication as well while we were there. They do make several calls to be sure that you checked-in, but the initial email/confirmation isn't clear and the information is in several places which you have to hunt for. I got clarification on the phone because I didn't get the email before check-in. The building is clean, and the apartment was spacious. It was cold and the radiators had no instructions and were difficult to navigate as they were all different. There isn't any furniture on the patios, so they don't intend for you to take advantage of the outdoor space. The location is good, though not close to downtown, so be mindful if you're looking for a close place to go after a night out.

Our family of 6 loved our stay at this property. Easily accessible and it fit us all comfortably. We would stay here again for sure!
