We found the comforts you want while traveling at this cozy medieval gem inside the palace walls! A very positive experience

This little apartment is in the middle of the palace complex, down a small alley and up a set of stone steps. It is compact, but thoughtfully designed, well-equipped (kitchen) and brimming with charm. Irina, the owner, was incredibly helpful to us. She checked in with us before our stay to coordinate logistics, arranged a car to meet us at the airport, met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apartment, and had helpful advice about restaurants, ferries, buses, and ATMs for changing currency. Altogether a delightful experience in a really interesting part of Split.

This was just the coolest room. We felt like we were stepping back in time. A small living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Beautifully restored. So comfortable and cozy. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. If we’d planned better we could have cut down on packing. A real gem.

Lovely two story unit with bed and washroom below and kitchenette and seating area above. With the green market and fish market so close, less than 4 minutes, we made our breakfasts and one dinner while there. There was a folding table that was perfect for this but it would have been nice if there was a couple of folding chairs as well. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. It was one of our favourite places that we stayed at during our 8 city tour of Croatia.

Was accommodating with my stay. More rustic, but right where you want to be in Split.

It was great staying in the Old Town. The space is a bit awkward as you try to mesh the old with modern conveniences. Be prepared for steep stairs. But the area is truly charming.

We stayed in this very cozy apartment for two days at the end of August and were thrilled with its central location, cozy decor and, not least, Irina's very friendly and helpful nature. On of our best city-stays ever.

Nice property and very nice host. Convenient location and nice inside the apartment.

So helpful with everything, even coming to meet us from our taxi to walk the final part winding through all the buildings.

To much and to big furniture what makes it almost impossible to move around. Lots of difficult stairs.

Vey nice restored 16th century apartment in the heart of the old town palace. So cool. Irina the owner was very nice and super accommodating. This was a fantastic place to stay!

This is a great little flat. Yes, it’s cozy and the stairs are narrow and steep, but that was no surprise and definitely manageable. Worth it to stay within the palace walls!

Thoughtful attention to renovating such an old building to keep it authentic but practical. Excellent location in the heart of the old town, comfortable and homey space. Our host was lovely, very helpful and accommodating.
