I had to book this hotel last min after my flight was cancelled. When we checked in the young man at the front counter did everything to not help us until instructed to. The room was a smoking room because it was all that was left, but was completely stained from smoke. We couldn’t control the heat in the room so it was freezing the entire night we barely slept.

Comments as above - the hotel was very convenient and the staf very helpful when I spoke to them to them.

Not only were the hotel facilities amazing, but the staff were also phenomenal which made the stay feel special. Will definitely choose APA hotel again for a future Japan trip!

It was very close to the train station

Very close to the train station and lots of convenience stores nearby. Even raining, most areas were covered and/or have underground options and I was able to stay dry from the train station to the hotel.

Decent room per Japanese standards but always my first option while in Japan

Very nice hotel next to Kawasaki train station and a few minutes from Haneda Airport. Lots of food options within walking distance.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and considerate. My only complaint about the hotel was that the rooms got quite stuffy during the day while we were out. Luckily, the A/C cooled the room very quickly.

Great value

The bed is kind of lopsided and uncomfortable in a compact room. The route to and fro this APA hotel and Keikyu Kawasaki station (not to be mistaken for the JR Kawasaki station, which is farther away) will pass by a cemetery, so may be uneasy for some. Fortunately a near-by 7-eleven stall makes this route less uneasy for some, especially if you walk pass very late and quiet at night.

I really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and i enjoyed the free movies. The wifi was very strong qnd the breakfast buffet was tasty. My only issue was that the pillow on the bed was not very soft. The location was very convenient to the Keikyu-Kawasaki train station. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, very close to train station with easy access to all of the Tokyo hot spots. Front desk staff members were very accommodating and helpful...especially Anna. While the rooms are small, they are well appointed and modernized. I was traveling with my daughter and we had adjacent rooms...so more than enough room considering we were constantly on the go exploring Kawasaki, Tokyo, and Yokohama. During the trip, we stayed at this location twice...1st for 3 nights when first and after a week in Osaka, we came back for an additional 3 nights.

Shops, Trains, Food? Kawasaki and Tsurumi are FANTASTIC locations for accommodation when travelling Japan. They both remain a great highlight, with this hotel being in a fantastic location. Staff remain fantastic, with appropriate language skills, and accommodations for guests. Cleaners are quiet and courteous. Rooms are a good size (especially when compared to other APA Hotels) but cleanliness could be improved, with stuff being found under the bed, along with a LOT of dust. However, the mandatory cleaning of rooms is less than desirable. I appreciate the efforts, but it's an inconvenience having to repack every 3 days. This hotel is a personal favourite, for it's comfort and accommodating staff, and I would absolutely stay again.

APA Hotel Kawasaki was not my first choice for my trip, but an enjoyable choice nonetheless...! I always stay nearby, but in a much quieter town, and that hotel was unfortunately unavailable. After researching, APA Hotel Kawasaki was realistically priced, offered a very similar experience, while still being nearby, but was much more nicer & modern, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were lovely, the rooms were always VERY quiet, and the bathroom was much more fantastic than usual for similar type of hotel. The cleanliness however, left something to be desired. After looking under the bed, I saw some Christmas baubles... I hope they were from 2022 atleast... Will I stay again? If I have to stay in Kawasaki, absolutely!

Convinent located. Plenty of things to in the area sourrounding the hotel. Limited parking at the hotel. Highly recomended. Thank uou Apa

Excellent hotel. Good location and reasonably priced. Just right size and what I needed.

As many hotels in the city in Japan or Tokyo. It is fine but small. Value for the money! But you are over possibly 180lbs, the bed may be a bit smaller than you need.

At first, too strong incense smells in lobby. Stuffs has good take care of. Room was bery small, specially bathrooms no way to moved around. It was cilly day, i need heater on after folling sleep. Couldn't found switch just come on A/C only. Morning was very cold room.
