This property needs a major cleanup. For them to do is cleanup then we can maintenance and other things one of the worst experience to stay here. I will never go there.

I booked 2 nights for my father-in-law through Expedia & then paid cash for another 2 nights. My father-in-law ended up passing at the hotel & I asked for the money back for the remaining 2 days to go towards helping us with the funeral as we just finished with my husband’s grandmother 2 weeks ago. They said they would follow up. They didn’t and when I called they just gave a flat no & said there is a no refund policy. Nothing is black & white. Have some compassion. Not impressed at all.

False advertising, Expedia should consider on this. Stain everywhere, incmplete building finishing, walls floors, sheets doors, blinds half hanging,. No internet, no TV no restaurant, no breakfast, pool , yard, office area, cigarette butts, needs through cleaning, yard , change ironing boards, no ac remote found one on request, manager doesn't know much of the about hospitality, needs grooming.

No time for pool , but conditions not good either . Dirt bed linen no towel racks toilet roll holder no tea coffee sugar , no kettle , dirty kettle inside for boiling water . We do not recommend this place to any one , sorry , it was a big disappointment even for a 3 star hotel

The staff were attentive and kind The pool was great and the view of the land from the balcony was a great sight. Really enjoyed my time there
