The room had small ants. The cold water tap was broken. The faucet in the basin was too long so the water kept splashing out. No body lotion. Hair conditioner placed near basin not in shower. I can go on and on

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The common areas are spectacular, especially the breakfast room with the large olive tree in the middle. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and wonderful! We would absolutely choose this hotel again for our next stay in Lemesos!

Helpful, personable staff ll departments. Especially helpful at the front desk. The interior was well-appointed and sparkled. The room was contemporary and comfortable. Balcony was a nice touch. I’d love to stay there again.

The property is centrally located and it has good amenities. Staff is friendly but when something broke down in the room nobody fixed it. Cleaning was not done on one of the days. The experience was generally good but the property was exoensive for what it is.

I loved the hotels atmosphere and the rooms var super nice and staff super kind and helpful. BUT the noice is terrible. Doors are super thin ( old building) and you can hear people from outside and from the building all night. really hard to sleep. If it wasn't for that there would have been amazing. Also wish they had room service with food in the evening as well.

Natalie at reception was lovely and made me feel very welcome upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. Lovely central location and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning in shower/bathroom was the only thing that needed attention. Bar fridge unfortunately couldn’t keep things cold and no kettle was available on the first night of my stay. Overall, thanks for a very enjoyable stay with a generous buffet breakfast offering.
