The room was absolutely delightful with all the amenities you could ask for and so comfortable. The owner was so helpful and gracious. It was perfect!

My husband and I Had a wonderful stay this October. The room was clean, great location, and host was absolutely great. She was so accommodating, even had a breakfast box made up when we had to leave for our flight very early.

A very charming, fully updated, well appointed property located next to the Old City Wall. The host Dubravka was very welcoming and hospitable. She met us outside Ploce Gate on our arrival, led us to the property and got us settled down nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls. The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

Excellent property inside the walled city of Dubrovnik and very close to the walls. The owners were fantastic and had excellent advice on restaurants and transportation to the airport and logistics in the area. We would definely recommend a stay there.

We stayed at Stayeva11 for a girls trip and had such a wonderful time! Dubravka & her staff (family run) were so incredibly kind and helpful. The location is in the heart of Dubrovnik, making it super easy and convenient to explore the city. Dubravka made our stay a breeze, helping us with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers, and everything in between! The complimentary breakfast provided was also lovely. We cannot recommend Dubravka’s property more!

We had a great stay at Stayeva 11. Our room even had a kitchenette. There is no front desk, but the staff was very responsive and helpful, including great recommendations. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s slightly away from the noise and yet close to everything. I would definitely recommend Stayeva 11 to anyone going to Dubrovnik.

The property was beautiful and just the right size for our stay. Having a living room area was a great benefit when traveling vs. hotel rooms. Located in Old Town, close to the wall and all the places we wanted to visit; most things in the area are walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated our need to store luggage for a few hours. Highly recommend!

The place is well located and Dubravka is very kind. One word of warning is that the town and the apartment require climbing a lot of stairs.

Amazing newly renovated apartment smack in the middle of the old town of Dubrovnik. Helpful and friendly host Dubravka who made sure we had what we needed. Communication before and during the stay was also easy to manage. We would love to come back!

It was right in heart of Old Town and the breakfast venue that came with the room was very nice as well.

The property is located inside the walls of old Dubrovnik. Very very convenient. The room was clean with the expected amenities. The drawback to staying anywhere within the walls are that cars are not allowed so you must either hire someone or do it yourself with your bags from the street to the hotel. About two flights of steps to get to the room and one flight upstairs get to the hotel itself. I stay there was great because as they say, location, location, location!

This is our 13th year with hotels.com and Dube is the best service provider we have EVER had!!! She responded instantly to our what’s app and we had a dire medical emergency request. Dube immediately helped us. Lydia in housekeeping and Dube’s son Tony were also outstanding. Tony took us to Bosnia, Montenegro & to the top of Dubrovnik. Tony is an awesome driver. A fabulous location with fantastic facilities and a host who does everything to ensure your needs are met. We are delighted to have found and experienced Stayeva and Rudjer, the restaurant where breakfast is provided for guests.

This is a very special place. The location in Old Town is as perfect as it gets; tucked up against the wall around the city. Quiet yet convenient with a coffee shop around the corner and cafes nearby. The unit itself was so thoughtfully designed and furnished. Windows overlooking the roofs of Old Town, or the wall. Every possible amenity, luxurious twels and bedding, a refrigerator stocked with drinks and a Nespresso. We didn’t try the bottle of homemade port until the last night and wished we had tried it sooner- delicious! Dubravka was a delight; eager to ensure we had everything we could possibly want. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Dubrovnik and we look forward to returning.
