A bit pricey, but conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. All in all, very happy! If you have to be in Springfield, highly recommend

Rooms was spacious and clean. Front desk staff morning and night were very friendly and helpful.

Had to come here last minute due to unforeseen issues at our previous hotel. They were very accommodating and quick with check in. The only parts I had a negative experience with was that it can be really loud at night which is something that it out of the hotels control because it’s loud due to the traffic on the street , so wasn’t a huge issue. The other thing I didn’t like was that the parking lot for the hotel is down the street which makes it difficult to check in and out. Other than that the breakfast was good and the room was awesome and clean! If I’m ever in the area again I will be staying here.

We liked the proximity to the MGM casino. The breakfast was better than most establishments. We were allowed to keep our luggage at the front desk until our train ride.

Hotel located in middle of everything just what I need it great stay!

The room smelled of urine, the area was noisy and a lot of weird people activity. At night we went to get ice, around midnight, and there was a guy stalking us and trying to open random doors. The hotel had to call the police.

It was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

The room was clean except it had a mold odor in the bathroom. It seemed to have had a prior leak under the sink.

The hotel itself is fine except the noises coming from the motorists at 2am with loud music and also the neighbor room flushing and showering sound are extremely loud.
