Erica at the front desk was not friendly. Also, she overcharged me for a drink and I had to get a refund at checkout. She’s the type that thinks if she smiles she’s providing good customer service. I reported a broken tile so it would not affect my deposit and we I showed it to her she responded that she needed to wait to see what the maintenance man said. I had been there for 10 minutes with 3 small kids. That response was rude. The guy that checked me out didn’t smile once yet he provided great customer service.

We went to Texas for a Baby Shower it was only for one night 2 rooms I booked Saturday August 3 check in til August 4 ,,, one room we checking after 3pm and left to the baby Shower,, we can back to the hotel after 11pm 2rooms checking 2 adults and 3 kids and my nice got bit we found Bug in the room we call reception the lady came over and took pictures my family left the hotel in the middle of the night,, me and my daughter we were very upset we changed flight for the 1 one Sunday morning we were up all night we left the Hotel by 6am ,, the Lady in charge said she same the information too the manager… I call her expida and said only I will get refund for 1 room is unacceptable for all the inconvenience we went thru I need my full refund for the 2room also and that property need too be closed….. and not be offered for customer to do booking….. I will be waiting for a resolution

My boyfriend went downstairs to get me breakfast and when I went to sit back on the bed a cockroach was on the pillow, that night when I was sleeping I felt something crawl on me but Inthough was just a strand of my hair so I went to swipe it off and it didn’t feel like a strand of hair but a bug. I was going to dismiss it until that morning when I saw it! Also the pillows smelled like mildew as if they weren’t was or dried properly!

Service was Very poor… room was not cleaned even… Broke glass and nobody was able to come and help clean up. I was asked to come to the front desk get the broom and the mop myself to do the cleanup and I was staying with two little kids… Not expected from a brand name like Hilton.

I booked 4rooms of 2queen beds. But they don’t have any queen rooms available so we got a 1 king bed and some of people slept on the floor. I had to argue about it few hours and complained over next day. They said to book through the 3rd party is not guaranteed. Please make sure if you would like to book through the 3rd party .
