Accueil chaleureux et agreable..propreté des lieux et spacieux...la chambre est spacieuse...piscine propre avec une eau chlorée un peu plus qu elle devrait etre.

Loved the continental breakfast!

Great location, great value (with breakfast included and free shuttle to the airport). Unfortunately, we got injured by sharp edges at the carpet margin and by sharp fixtures in the bathroom. This represents an easy fix for the hotel managers and will hopefully be done promptly.

Every thing was good except the AC! The room was very cold no matter what temperature you were on! Coffee machine was very dirty, I can’t use it. I have informed the front desk but they said they can’t change it or do anything! The same for two nights!!

We always stay here when we’re flying from Nunavut to Western Canada.

Clean , friendly staff

Had a 4 day business stay. Parking was great; friendly and efficient shuttle service to airport as well. Breakfast and dining area was also fantastic. Only issue with stay was that my suite was noisy with guests above including children that were running around and yelling and lots of mechanical noise. I didn't bother moving rooms but realize I didn't get the best sleep :(

TV remote wasn’t working when we first arrived (dead battery), and charging station above night table between beds had fallen off the wall (looks like it was only held on by double tape!)

Had an amazing experience. The staff were welcoming. The upgrade was excellent. The place is nice and clean. And enjoyed the breakfast.
