A lovely welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a nice included perk with wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room l was in was clean and tidy, no window but was there to sleep . Breakfast was good and plentiful. I parked on the 4th floor and was okay. The Staff was great and my big thank you goes to the female staff member who found my glasses on the table after l went for a walk around 5pm

Excellent room - breakfast buffet and great staff

Again I had to ”book” a breakfast time the day before. I definitely don’t like this bad habit of hotels in Umeå… When I ask why they do it they say its for the staffs best. Guests obviously have to help the hotel managers with their planning. I am a paying guest and I’m there on holidays and I want to sleep until I wake up and eat when I feel for it.

Loved the sauna at the top floor.

Room was comfortable and larger than expected. It's still strange having a hotel room with no window though.

Great stay, great staff that was very helpful. Breakfast was great. I was in a room with no windows, best sleep I got so far. I would book it again.

Nice room for good price

A good three star standard hotel, let down by the lack of dining options.

Lyfte på bäddmadrassen och såg en stor fläck på sängen. Inte så att man måste se den om man inte lyfter och kollar men inte så fräscht även fast det nog är rengjort. Väldigt hårda sängar och sparsam frukost. Några plus är nog att det blir riktigt mörkt när man bor i familjerum utan fönster samt att det var rätt okej temperatur i rummet.

Trevligt bemötande vid incheckning, fantastisk rum, rent och rymligt.

Prisvärd och tillgänglig parkering!

Föredrar frukosten andra tider på året då den var sämre i samband med detta besök i jämförelse med mitt senaste i december.

Okej boende i Umeå centrum

Super sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten, zentral gelegen, absolut ruhig. Gerne wieder

Centralt och bra hotell - dock finns rum utan fönster så välj efter behov.
