The staff at Radisson Red is pleasant and accommodating. The property is comfortable and convenient. It is a quirky boutique hotel in the Waterfront Silo district that’s pleasant to stay in. You should have no compunctions about staying here.

I arrived early luckily there was a room available and without hesitation I was given the key. After travelling for 24 hours it was such a relief not have to wait.

Location is amazing and service was great

Very good location for dining and shopping option walking distance to all shops and restaurants around waterfront area. Room is a little small and a picnic table inside the room made it more challenging to walk around inside the room and not comfortable to sat on picnic bench to watch TV

Hotel location is perfect for the proximity to the V&A and harbor. The hotel itself is rather plain and rooms small. It’s hugely overpriced.

One of our international guests was booked for an additional night, which we confirmed during check-in four days ago. However, after my departure, an attempt was made to charge him nearly double the rate for his final night. This constitutes dishonest and unethical business practices, as well as poor customer service.

This is a great hotel. So modern and trendy. We loved the decor. Bfast was great. The staff were so friendly. Dolores I think was her name. She worked at the info desk. She helped us immensely and her suggestions were spot on. The popcorn was my fav !!!

The room is very small. No space for two open suitcases. Bathroom akward with swinging door that stops at toilet. Lots of hot water. I dont like restaurants with a set price regardless of whether you want buffet or a la carte. Distance to wharf is longer than we expected. Absolutely no view.

The staff is absolutely amazing!!!! I will always stay at Radisson Red when in Capetown. They took such good care of us. I can honestly say they have the best customer service bar none!!

Such a great hotel. The rooms were very nice and the area was great, as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Walkable distance to the V&A. Very friendly staff.
