The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Small apartment at a high price. It is not a hotel; it’s more like a hostel.

There were construction works going during my visit. Staff was helpful but hotel itself is worn and noisy.

Great bed, clean and comfortable. Painfully long wait for check in.

Good stay. Cafe food excellent. Close to shopping.

The windows block a lot of noise from the avenue down below, and the inside of the hotel is also considerably quiet. The lack of hairdryer was unexpected though.

When, during checkin you are told ‘Oh we don’t have any nice rooms left.’ It’s a sign. It was cheap and convenient. So maybe one can’t expect too much.

Roupas de cama muito gastas, toalhas com mão cheiro, sem frigobar, sem suporte para colocar malas. Morador de rua acessando a recepção.

Excelente localização, ao lado do metrô e da Av Paulista. Café da manhã muito bom, assim como cama e chuveiro.

there were a lot of rooms available but they gave me the one just next were they was working doing lot of noise until 16.30-17.00 so i prefered to checkout in the evening and not sleep to avoid being wake up at 8.00 am by all the noise

Tem uma excelente localização, local seguro, bares, restaurantes,metrô tudo perto, acessível para uber, ao lado da Av. Paulista.

Cumpre o que promete, esperado pelo valor pago. O Hotel está em reforma, por isso a situação do café da manhã é está bem precária e com pouca estrutura. Não compensa pagar o valor do café da manhã.

É a melhor opção em São Paulo para quem não busca luxo. É barato e oferece boas condições para o valor que cobra.

O básico, Da pra dormir , tomar um bom banho e só. O ponto alto é a localização, que é excelente. Do mais já estive em hotéis mais inferiores que converte a daria uma 4 estrelas O quarto é um âmbito escuro ,

O hotel deve informar que encontra-se em reforma, o que causa um desconforto; Utensílios para uso no café da manhã com marcas de batom de outros; Não há uma mínima tolerância para o check out e para guardar nossas malas temos que pagar uma taxa.
