Staff well trained to accommodate guests.

This place was a nightmare to stay, there was no working ac in our room, we were able to get a room with working ac by after 11pm at night and we checked in by 6pm. I would never stay at this property or this chain again.

Not for family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

What did ruin this for me was the deposit 150 eur when we got there. The bar staff was absolutely shocking. We were a bit scared to ask for beer as the bar staff was terrible. They need to change their attitude. Will never book there again

1. The reception staff lacked the experience to handle international clients and were frequently absent from reception desk throughout the day. 2. The property manager was only available for a few hours on certain days, making them largely inaccessible. 3. Instead of providing 2 double beds as per reservation, the hotel provided only 1 double bed and 1 uncomfortable sofa bed.

I trusted Expedia's recommendation and saw what I thought was a good deal. I knew we were going to spend a lot of money in Paris, with very limited time at the hotel, so we selected this hotel, and later regretted it. First of all, we arrived at 4pm, with reversations a week in advance, and we still had to wait almost 30 min for our room. They even switched our room as the original still wasn't clean. When we got the the room, it was fine at first...definitely nothing extravagant, but then we noticed black mold (see photo) all over the shower ceiling. I let the front desk clerk, but he stated it was the only room left. Also, it appeared they hadnt cleaned under the shower glass divider in who knows how long - nasty grime and mold there also. It was ashame as the staff appeared friendly from the little contact we had, but they did not reslove our concern.

When we arrived they had no room for us we had to wait for one to be cleaned it was 2 hours after check in the bar and room service was closed on weekends we had to leave a £350 security deposit which was more than the stay cost us when checking out I was advised it would go straight back on to my card as we didnt even eat there theybhave taken £42 from my card with no notification what it is for I am waiting for a response from the hotel

The property worked well for us, there wasn't much around the hotel though and had to travel for any tourist sightseeing.

Very nice hotel in a very out of the way location. Perfect for transiting and very good for the price.

The girl at reception was rude and not helpful at all. After checking in, we noticed we didn’t have enough towels and needed 2 extra pillows. I went to the reception to request what we needed but she simply refused to provide 2 extra pillows for the sofa beds. There was no reason given, she just said she is not going to provide the additional pillows with a straight face. Towels were provided 2 hours later after three trips to the reception, it was bizarre. The worst part was the same girl from reception later knocked our door with pillows in her hand in the evening and I was obviously surprised but happy to see her with the pillows. She then responded saying oh, these pillows are for another room. It didn’t feel like we were staying in a 4 star hotel, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean

Clean your rooms and provide a Clean and hygienic room. Train your housekeepers proper hygiene and how to clean rooms daily and change sheets. Upkeep needs so much help!

Terrible approach how we have to pay a deposit to stay in a hotel in 2024 asked for extra € but then to be refunded 2-7 days… first time ever seen this rule. 8 euros per person tax € euro car park fee … i should warn people to read every little print with this company to avoid further chargers…!

Door contact/key card was not working due to dead batteries which could not be change till 9am in the morning. Additional tax were not explained prior check in, only found out after check out. Otherwise, Staff were helpful and breakfast was decent.

Overall it was good. No issues at all. Friendly staff and decent facilities.

For a fairly new hotel it was tired, bathroom was damaged with a hole in the wall, shower fixings not attached, no double bed, just two singles pushed together and air conditioning turns off after 2 minutes. The only positive is the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
