Clean, closed to everything, Mandy, the property manager was very friendly, very resourceful and always promptly replying to our messages. She made great recommendations, booked us a golf cart, picked us up and took good care of us. Thanks!!!

Amazing stay at Aqua Vista. Mandy and her husband made it even better with their incredible hospitality. They helped us get a golf cart, they showed us the place and walked us through all the amenities. The room was amazing complete with a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. WiFi was available. They even had a utility room full of extras such as sunscreen, extra hats, bug spray etc. it was right in front of the beach. You can hear the ocean while swinging in the hammock right in front of your room. Bars are a walking distance away. You can park your golf cart in a private spot in the back. It was beyond what we were expecting. Also they have an amazing eatery right in front of the airport that served amazing food! Omg! I can’t even begin to tell you how good it was! Last but not least Mandy was great with communication. She made sure she gave you all the information she has for the area and she was always available for questions. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed and we have been to many countries.

Staff was wonderful location is great for diving sanpedro and alot of food options close by. Room was well kept and updated/stocked.

This place is a true gem starting from right-at-the-beach location, spaciousness, comfort, all the way to the exceptionally amazing hospitality I have received. They offer unlimited fresh drinking water, smoking gea, beach towels, information, support anything you might think of for a nice relaxed holiday. I would return in the blink of an eye for more paradise experience on this beautiful island. highly recommend this place over anything that is more in town.

Nice and clean room. Some challenges with the front door but the Management team was very responsive and addressed the issue immediately. The Management team is very accommodating and great source of info.

The place was awesome from the start. It's generously appointed and very nicely updated. The owners were so friendly and communication was excellent. Located right on the beach and centrally located where you can walk downtown to all the action. The airport was only a mile away. Can't say enough positive things about my stay at Aqua Vista.

We came here to celebrate my birthday, and were met with kindness and hospitality. Our room was decorated for my birthday, which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the hotel was beautiful, the location was close to food and bars. If you’re looking for beach front views without all inclusive prices, this is it!

If you’re looking for a clean, updated spot that’s walkable to restaurants, shops, bars—and right on the beach—this is it! 🌴 Mandy and her family truly took care of me from start to finish. I used all her local contacts for transportation, the golf cart, and even my taxi back—everything was smooth and stress-free. They even checked in on me halfway through my trip, which meant a lot. The hospitality was amazing. If I come back to Belize, I’m absolutely staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

Aqua Vista was the perfect place for my family of 3

KP and his wife were absolutely amazing! They were on point with texting and calling, the room was more beautiful than me and my wife thought it would be, he even helped me surprise her with a 21st birthday decoration in the bedroom. I would highly recommend anyone to give this place a try! I can promise you now, me and my wife will be returning.

10/10 recommend! The host were very helpful and quick to respond. Everyone was very accommodating. I truly think this has been one of my best beach vacations so far. Easy to get to activities, plenty of restaurants to pick from and even able to rent a golf cart through them too. Couldn’t have been made easier to enjoy the beautiful island.
