Decent for an overnight stay, location isn’t the greatest

The hotel itself is average but the lack of parking and $30 for valet is ridiculous. To not have a parking lot for guests is crazy and should be communicated. The website mentions valet but does not say there isn’t a parking lot at all.

The shuttle to and from the Airport was amazing

We had a comfortable suite here. The shuttle service was good and the hotel has a free laundry room to do laundry in which was great. Breakfast was basic but okay.

A/C was broken in room and was unable to be fixed. The breakfast buffet was solid though!

Double bed is very small for a hotel. It’s more like a twin bed

I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. I called about 4 times before someone came. They kept telling me someone was coming and then later on I found out the lady was at lunch, but she stated she was at the gas station. They do not communicate with each other. I have a back problem and they told me to call soon as I arrive to the airport and I will be picked up and that was not true.When I got into my first room there was bugs crawling in the cabinet, the second room was okay. I talked to the manager and she did not have any empathy for me or the situation.

I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel - the free laundry was a hit, the shuttle to and from the airport, and the breakfast was enjoyable and the gym more than adequate - Service at the front desk was great and the accommodation was quite comfortable.

We found out at check in that the pool was not available due to construction.You did not disclose this to me when I booked it. Very disappointing. We were planning to spend the two days at the pool side since we are seniors and can’t drive to the beach.Also the parking was only Valet (not known ahead of time) which means additional parking cost tipping the attendant.Very unhappy

We were able to check in and there was a room available for us much early than the normal check in time. The staff at checkin were very friendly helpful. The hotel is undergoing exterior remodeling but there was no noise over the weekend. The hotel is very close to the airport but we were not bothered by any noise by airplanes taking off.

The staff is exceptional, so welcoming and helped me with any request or question, especially EVELIO who gave me advice and recommendations that saved me a lot of money and made my stay enjoyable!

I liked that the property was very near the airport! Therefore it was just what I needed.

Good for the price. Clean and sufficient.

Close enough to the airport you can walj.
