It is beyond tedious to be asked to provide a written review. Expedia adds an additional cost to every stay by taking time for this self-serving waste of my time.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and I will keep going back. Great staff, location, and restaurant. Close enough to the airport for a flight out the next morning, without be too close to the airport! And you can also get a quick peak at Windsor Castle if you’re so inclined!

Clean

Standard twin was adequate for our needs. Would have been nice to have another side occasional bedside table. Good breakfast but had a long wait for it ( 35/40 minutes).

Aircon and fridge not working and no fan supplied on hottest day of the year.

My only criticism is the absence of staff on reception. It would be nice to be greeted on arrival

Food was excellent in the restaurant as usual and only 1 mile from the racecourse is ideal for attending Ascot Races

The towel looked like it had been used. The bar soap had already been used. Floor towel looked like it had been used and wine glass.had lip marks on it. Couldn't tell anyone about it

Very comfortable room (superior double).Spacious,clean,slept well. Good food and breakfast choice, service a lottle on the slow side but very helpful staff. We were based here for a lical wedding and are really pleased with our choice.

Loved this little gem. Room was spotless and new. Felt really comfortable and liked the location. It was near main road but didn’t bother me at all. Will stay again. Didn’t get to try restaurant - looked great. Definitely next time.

Location perfect for us, room comfortable and enjoyed a good sleep. Breakfast was very good and pub and food great too.

Where to start? The restaurant is pretty good and the bar is ok but the same cannot be said of our room. That was poor at best. It was pretty clear that the room had been poorly serviced before we checked in - eg no batteries in remote control, light bulb not working. Then the next morning the shower overflowed due to poor maintenance….

The hotel had everything we needed a the staff are friendly an helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and above all it was close the the venue we were visiting.

Booked last minute and was really impressed with the way the staff were attentive and helpful nothing was a problem the room was clean and comfortable nice touch in having a mini bar also robes too the restaurant was absolutely fantastic the selection of food was amazing and service was good too also breakfast included in the price and again really good the following morning I’d highly recommend the Foresters

We had a really lovely stay at the Royal Forester. Check in with Tracey was speedy, friendly and easy. We were shown to our room early and found a large, wonderfully decorated room with new shower room. The room had all the facilities we could need and the bed was incredibly comfy. We would definitely stay again.
