clean rooms always very nice staff and very fast service love that is walking distance to the fair and shopping center.

Amazing customer service from the staff. Rooms were modern and clean. Continental breakfast was not what we anticipated, especially the coffee after staying at other City Express locations in Mexico. Location was great and the view from our room even better. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed many times with them normally the check in is fast and efficient, and they have been giving me my room like 2 hours early , they are the best, also it is super convenient located and very close of the bus station

Do NOT stay here!! The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. When I contacted the front desk, the emplyee told me she couldn't guarantee that it could be fixed and offered a 100% refund if wanted to check out. I checked out and was assured me that a 100% refund would be issued. I asked for a written confirmation, and she said she could give me one because it was booked through an agency. Now,the refund hasn't been issued and they aren't responding to my inquiries.

I stayed at this City Eccles Hotel for 5 nights. The staff were very professional and courteous. I would come back again.
