The hotel rooms are very big and spacious. The grounds are a little confusing but nothing a map cannot resolve. The check in area is separate from the actual hotel rooms which has its pros and cons. The hotel grounds are gated which makes it very safe. The beds are comfy and the rooms were very clean. This is a very family friendly hotel and I would stay here again. Both rooms having attached bathrooms is a game changer.

I'm a business women, the internet was terrible, I could not do any work and wasted many hours trying, that goes with using your telephone as well, sending pictures or videos to your family, that was out!!

Loved this resort, fun entertaining and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from our room to the lake was great!

There is nothing better than a cup of coffee outdoors in the morning on the balcony. The breeze from the lake was everything. We didn't get to fully experience the room but the jacuzzi tub was the highlight of the stay for me. So it is near the lake and in the country. There are bugs outside and on the exterior of the building. If this scares you, then it's not for you but we will definitely be back!

Very quite and relaxing

I like the view. A little bummed that the food shack / bar wasn’t there anymore.

Great place for a family trip. I was pleasantly surprised. The kids loved the game room and the the playground facilities, and swimming pool. I would recommend this place for family gatherings.

The grounds are wonderful. Staff was all kind and helpful. Great place for relaxing and swimming. The room we had over looked the lake and it was great to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night out there. The only slight down was it was dated.

The property was very beautiful and serene. I loved the wooded cottages and the location.

Enjoyed the presidential suite we had. The neighbors were too nosiy and didn't turn off their loud music till early a.m. One of our heaters wasn't working properly either. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Hotels.com website needs to be updated. The hot tubs don’t work and need to be cleaned. Depending on the reason for your stay, you might get to enjoy the amenities of the resort. Either way, you will still be charged for these fees. No breakfast available.

Check in was slow and I didn’t get credited for my advanced payment via Expedia until I thought to show the receipt. Room was not ready after the check in time and difficult to find Shower leaking cold drops from the ceiling. Toilet continued to run water into the overflow.
