High quality hotel

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, especially for the super sized King bed. But I wish there was a bathtub in the room.

Check in and check out, eachtaking more than 1 hour, they said it's normal !! Room is freezing , and call someone to come and fix taking 1hour, no apology !! 住房，退房 总共花了2个多小时，前台说正常，没有改善的态度。 住了套房，室内温度13度，叫人来看情况花了1个小时，说没法修理，说冬天是正常 早餐没有什么吃的，人太多了。

全般的に従業員の英語能力が低い。

Grand hôtel à 1 heure de Qingdao. Confortable, jardin et promenade agréable.

깔끔하고 중굳 특유 냄새도 숙소에서 덜 했으나 힐튼명성에 비해 조식은 맛이 없었도 숙소는 다소 추웠다 온도 올려달라고 조절했으나 1도만 올려놈.... 자체적으로 설정이 안되는 시스템인가보더

トイレにウォシュレットがないので、今後、設置して欲しい。

직원들의 서비스도만족스러웠고 객실도좋았고 특히 산책코스가맘에들었읍니다. 아쉬운점은 한국어하는직원이있었으면하는점ㅋ ㅋ

Very new and nice hotel ,staffs are helpful, worth that price, will chose to stay in this hotel next time when visit Qingdao.
