Everything was good and fine, but the water flow in our room was too slow. Inside, there were a lot of red ants.

Everything nice. Room clean, staff very friendly, good location. But front desk collect RM3 for taxes? I thought I paid full price already.

Nearby all the amenities and shops. Friendly staff and comfortable stay, I would say.

Arrived early and we go around first as cannot check in at that time. Booked for triple room and cleanliness was acceptable. Got summon on the next morning when parking in front of hotel.

Room stuffly as don't have fan. Pillow, bed sheets & towel"yellowish"due to worn out.

The hotel is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the elevator is perfect for families.

Once me and my family enter the room, the smell was awful, I need to call the reception for pillow cases, the tiles inside bathroom was slippery and not clean, the most important thing is, hot water is not working, tv also has problem, can't find any channel, total disaster for my trip.
