Staff was very nice. Only thing was the water in the shower would rapidly jump from scorching hot to freezing cold other than that are stay was amazing!

Cleen room polite staff and eletric car points .although to say 10 pound for spa (its not for all day use and that should be explained) i also booked for breakfast as added extra and it says if you do spa wil come with and was still tolf needed to pay

Staff were very nice and helpful. My single room was a bit noisy next to lift, and overlooking the bins. Paid low price so basic

Short stay for two nights and just needed somewhere to stay. I would love to come back and stay longer and have one of the larger rooms but wasn’t required this time. Staff were lovely, rooms clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay provided. Thank you

Lack of staff. When we were trying to book inn nobody at reception.food in the bar was cold. Both meals were returned to the chef . But still come back not very hot.

The room was lovely spacious and warm and spotless.. The breakfast was lovely and actually had hot plates(very unusual). Maybe just a bowl fresh fruit

Room was a little small, but my own fault as i did pick a single bed, have stayed here before and all excellent.

The main areas of the hotel were very clean and inviting The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The room was very hot so I didn't sleep well but everything else surpassed my expectations

Staff all friendly, lovely room

So advertised with free self parking only to arrive and there is none . No acknowledgment that is was my actual birthday even though spoke to hotel prior . Got to room no ice bucket as requested and no towels . Sat eve got back just after 12 ? Door was locked . Waited ages phoning number on door just to get in. Maid came to room before 10 am both mornings . Bit early if you ask me . . Wouldnt recommend . Also massive hike and no taxis available :(
