Great rooms and service

Amazing

Everything was 7 stars, friendly staff, excellent service, clean & elegant place

The staffs are the worst. And the room was smiling. I requested housekeeping and they didn’t show up It was unpleasant experience

The staff (including the General Manager of the Resort) did not cooperate with us when some “visitor” stole from us, basically what happened is that the workers in the hotel found our stuff and they did not handle it to the Lost & Found office, instead, they gave it to this stranger person!, I asked the security to review the cameras to identify the person, but they said “we are not responsible” and they did not support us. In general, the resort was cool but the price was very expensive comparing to the room size and the provided services, I do not recommend this place, you may found better options near.

Very nice place and excellent serves with Welcome staff

The villa is not very clean and the front desk is very rude don’t waist your money they have tiny beach for kids with broken umbrellas and be aware from food my kids get food poising. Too much money for bad and 1 star service Don’t get fooled by pictures

I had to wait 2 hours for check in . And in check out the receptionist team we’re totally not cooperated with me any trying to push me so fast for checking out .

The place was wondurful from design perspective. Well taken care of. The food was bad. Dinner and the breakfast next morning. The drinks had no taste in them. The beach settings was in a bad shape.

They weren’t ready for the opening I guess. Although the facilities are amazing

منتجعات جميله و راقيه حجم الفيلا الصغيره يكفي شخصين او شخصين مع طفلين مهتمين بالتفاصيل في الفلل و يوجد جاكوزي في الفناء الخارجي انصح به

اسعاره مبالغ فيها مقابل خدماته سبا النساء سيء :لايوجد مشرفة سباحة + الرسبشن الفلبينيات سيئات مفارش الاسرة مزعجة وغير مريحة

الفندق جميل في كل شي ولكن في قصور في التفاصيل منها الاهتمام بمسابح الفيلا كانت فير نضيفه وميكف الغرفه بصوت مزعج يعني اقل التفاصيل يجب التركيز فيها

رنسيس فندق فاشل جربته بي الرياض والان في جده في الدخول والخروج معقدين جداً واليضاً الغرفه كله نمل
