Staff are freindly, room and bathroom clean & fresh.

Very comfortable and clean room :)

It is over a huge bar and very noisey. We asked if we could get out of our reservation and night clerk said yes so we booked elsewhere. The next day the manager said we couldn’t get our money back. Even if we paid for first night he should have let us out of next two nights. Highly don’t recommend unless you are young parties

Checking in was different. We checked in at the bar counter. The Mile End is more a bar/restaurant having rooms upstairs. Room was both clean & comfortable. AC worked great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean up crew were not so diligent as they missed our rooms the first morning. Location is good. Just outside the CBD. The strip mall next door has a couple of good restaurants. Recommended.

A great room with everything you need. The communal kitchenette was useful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's on the public bus route from the airport.

Electric water jug had some noodle fungus growing. Terrifying parking if you can find a spot after half an hour. Very expensive food and drinks which will force you to Oder and pay online after 3 OTP and one email verification. Only 3 overworked staff. Did I say terrible parking?

The staff were wonderful, helped me take my suitcase up the stairs. Clean room and location was great to every thing I needed

Really lovely hotel with big bar area and nice big grand hallways. Rooms on the cosy side and a bit old school-y but I had a pleasant stay and nothing negative to report on! No lift in the building and rooms all up stairs.

There is a bar down stairs, the music was loud until late night. Other than that, everything else was good.

Room wasn’t ready at check in, didn’t get into the room until 3pm, took a long time for the shower to warm up. Beds were very comfortable, good size rooms.

Advertised as wheel chair accessible but wasnt !!!! Couldnt stay

It's a really nice pub staff are always friendly and helpful the parking is not very good the rooms are clean the air con works perfectly had a really good stay would go back again
