It was a nice surprise not just the place, the stuff, even the neighborhood, so close to the dom, old downtown.

Location excellent. 10 mins walk to cathedral and station. Breakfast absolutely delish. Staff very helpful. Would recommend. Very clean.

Handy for Cologne HBF, clean and efficient. Mostly a conference hotel, so no charm, but comfortable and does everything you need it to. A self-service breakfast was included and had plenty of options.

Hotel is close to the cathedral but far enough to be very quiet. The room was large, the breakfast was perfect and staff were great.

Staffs were very helpful but some rooms are very noisy facing main roads or aircon not working. Some bathrooms have visible black mold.

Nice looking property huge inside . Easy to find out 10min walk from train station. Arrived about 7pm due to travelling from Munich . Given a room on 4th floor . Went out for a meal returned later. Was awoken about 5am when cologne starts work . Dual carriageway road at back/side of property. Could not sleep again due to road noise - but went quiet about 8am. Obviously this is a city hotel so an amount of noise is a given and I noticed the windows were double glazed but probably needed more secondary glazing (for me). Room and facilities in room excellent . Breakfast good and plentiful. Looks like it’s used for large events/corporate events. If I was staying more nights I would have asked to change to an internal room but we were leaving for a flight that morning.

Great location 10 mins walk to central train station. Good breakfast with hot and cold food. There isn't any supermarket or convenience store close by but the hotel has vending machines (snacks, beers and soft drinks). Friendly staff.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff offered tourist information, marked a map of places of interest stored by bag so I could set off and explore. The rooms are spacious & very clean the staff very polite and friendly happy to help. I would most definitely stay again 🌼

We had a huge, very clean, comfortable well appointed room, with great shower. Convenient for town centre, but quiet. Very professional staff. Excellent breakfast. We will stay again.

Our first stay in Cologne. The hotel is about 7-8 minutes walk from the main railway station. The room was large and clean, and it was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good too. We would most definitely stay again!

Great location, 7 minutes walk to Cologne Cathedral, and about 7 minutes walk to Saint Gereon’s Basilica in opposite direction. Convenient underground garage parking. Staff front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and oversized. I recommend.
