Friendly helpful host who lives in the property as a family home. Clean comfortable room and bathroom, amazing views over the water and just a few minutes away from a swim! No breakfast included but it was easy to pop up to the local shop for coffees and we sat out on the terrace watching the boats and ferry traffic. The property is a little tucked away for east location at first but very close to a bus stop and in a lovely part of the town.

Room was nice and clean. Shower was a bit small as I’m a bigger guy. Owner was very kind. Terrace was nice to sit out at and the view is nice as well!

The host was rude when we arrive at 9:30am because It seems she was at sleep and we only wanna know where we can leave our lugagge until check in time. They never ask our names, or anything. The place was clean but it was like she does not like us there. The room is in the down stairs of their home. Great view.

Nice quiet guest house some way from town but accessible by bus. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could be vastly improved with little effort. Fresh mandarins from their tree was a great treat. Host gave good information on the area.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the various beaches, supermarkets and the old town. Our room was spacious and the shared kitchen was really helpful. The terrace looking out to the harbour was beautiful too. Totally recommend staying here.

You can’t use washer and dryer despite it being pictured. It’s not a triple room, but rather a potential for three people. A couple and small child.

Property rented out by very nice couple. The husband made sure to save me a parking spot using his car which I appreciated. AC worked great, room was clean, & close to shops/restaurants. The owner made sure to brief me on the area & gave me a map with notes. Would definitely stay again.

Close to coastal paths making for nice evening walking

Great place with the friendly host, superb location, all you have in the house including the chill out outdoor garden facing the seaside.

Fantastic place, beautiful view of the harbor and access to the beach. About a 20 minute bus ride to old town and pretty easy to figure out

Guest house with nice facilities, owner was not very forthcoming with information on the area etc. He seemed friendlier towards other guests than to the two of us. The hotel was comfortable enough and there was a local shop at the end of the road which was very useful and a good stretch of restaurants and beach close by.

This place was close to the water , clean and perfect for our 1 night stay.

Our room was perfect for three travelling friends having a couple of days in Dubrovnik. Whilst slightly further way from the old town than some may like, the location was great. A lovely pebble beach nearby offered a great relaxation spot and there were enough supermarkets/food places that we didn't feel obliged to go to the old town all day.

Had a great stay here for 3 nights, really nice place fairly close to lots of shops and restaurants and also public transport to get to the old town. Fully enjoyed my stay here

I'm not usually one to complain but the hotel management offers terrible customer service and people should avoid this place. They are extremely and unnecessarily inflexible and don't care about things that costs guests money unnecessarily. I've never had such poor customer service in my life.

I stayed one night in Dubrovnik and needed a place where I can safely park my motorcycle and still get quickly to the old town. This place was perfect. Slavko, the host, was extremely friendly and gave me tons of information about places to see, transportation, food, etc... The bus stop is 100m away and the ride to the old town front gate is less than 15min. The strip and sunset beach are walking distance away. There's a kitchen and a nice terrace with a view of the port and mountains. For the price it was the best deal in Dubrovnik.

Arriving to guest house Cuk was very hard as we couldn’t find the entrance. To get to it you gotta go up( or down) an alley and you see the name up on the side of the building. The room we stayed it was very comfy and the guy told as all about which buses to take where and where the cheap local eats are. The only thing a saw bad with the room was our first night we had little to no hot water in our room. By the time of our check-out the hot water seemed to be working so it could’ve just been bad luck for us. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel.

maybe if we had a different room it may have been better.Too much stored furniture in the room,feeling cluttered.The bathroom toilet was supposed to be private however it seemed like it was shared.The wifi was excellent when working,as it seemed to stop working after a while.Good supermarket and atm close by .
