Excellent!

This hotel really was a special place. We landed on an overnight flight from the UK and arrived at the hotel at 10am, Check In was not until 2pm but because the room was ready they allowed an early check in. This really did save us as 4 hour wait hanging around tired during Ramadan and would have ruined our day. The room was very spacious and the shower was fantastic. Wifi was excellent in the room also. The hotel is in a great location and most places you'll want to visit are either a short walk or short taxi from the hotel. If I ever visit Kuwait again I will 100% stay at the same hotel. A special mention to Cherish on reception for such a warm welcome.

Staff is careless

The location is very convenient, the staff is very helpful.

I arrived at 9am before check in time. The staff were friendly and accommodated me early at no additional rate as well as included late check out at 3pm. A nice place, clean and in good location.

Great hotel. The view is amazing, the staff very helpful, managed to check in early as I had a very early flight, even the proper check in is at 2, I managed to enter my room at 10, which was so helpful. Excellent comfortable bed, clean, frequent room service. I do not have anything really to complain. A minor part is sometimes you could hear the shower from the next room, but that was not something major

Ramada Encore was perfect for us for a two night stay. For us it was walkable to shopping malls, the Kuwait Towers and restaurants. The 7th floor was perfectly fine and quiet. For the price, our stay was excellent value.

Rooms were fairly nice and comfortable although the couch in my room had a couple of big stains on it. It was also quite a cheap, inferior couch. The pool on the rooftop was closed which we were not told about until we checked in. Restaurant was really lovely. Hotel staff were obliging. Rooftop deck had amazing views although it was quite expensive. Not much to see and do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I did find the room rates quite affordable.

hard to find parking at night

The reception staff are very rude in terms of privacy matters, very judgmental and inappropriate questions you get to be asked like they’re questioning a suspect. Assigned on the handicapped floor although I am not a handicap, paid for space and got the least space they’ve got. Not recommended at all and disrespectful.

Good hotel at convenient enough location. After a power outage several services were not available for quite some time and there did not appear to be any concern for the customer.

We didn’t end up staying for our 2 room booking, because of visa issues, we asked if they can just change the date and they wouldn’t allow the change, staff was very rude on the phone as well. I wouldn’t recommend, when you stay in a hotel, the first thing you want is loyalty and kindness and understanding towards the customer
