Bed bugs. Was full of staines in the morning.

We were a party of 4 adults who spent one night in a two bedroom apartment that was hardly bigger than a match box. It was a very hot night and the apartment had only one air conditioning unit installed in the kitchen. Once bedroom doors closed, we tossed and turned all night because of the heat. The couch in the "living/dining" 2 x 2 m area had lots of holes, some patched some not. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us on premises when we arrived. The hot water was controlled by a water heater that was turned off. We were lucky it was before 10 pm when we noticed we didn't have hot water and we were able to call the reception and have someone over to turn the heater on. Apparently after 10 pm there is no staff available until next morning. On the positive side: the staff on duty were polite and very responsive to our complaints.

We enjoyed staying there. We will for sure consider this hotel in the future when we will stay in Iasi again.

We came to Iasi to catch an early morning flight out of Iasi Airport. I booked this "hotel" based on nearness to Iasi Airport and the positive reviews and was pleased on all counts. The apartment was very clean, staff helpful and kind, bed comfortable - everything was just as I expected, and it included secure, underground parking, which was a bonus. This is not a regular hotel with full-time staff - they clearly state this. However, they called to be sure I would be there during check in times and made arrangements for me to leave the remote to the underground parking door as we were leaving early. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again, next trip to Iasi.
