View from balcony was beautiful, room were clean but not many amenities at all. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is well located,just couple things they need to improve,the safety in our room didn’t work and they promised to fix but never was fixed,no WiFi for four days,they never ask me if I want to upgrade my room,I try to message a week before but they told me that they don’t answering messages from Expedia.they should have more information available from the area,the hotel is good,amazing view,just need to improve.

We spent a night here and visited Anzio/Nettuno. Great hotel we had a balcony over looking the beach. The beach was spectacular. The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Building is a little dated but well worth the price especially considering the location.

This hotel has a great location, beautiful view of the ocean, quiet part of town, easy driving to the centre or a long walk along the promenade. Free on-site parking was a pleasure. Breakfast was substantial, staff were helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and spacious with a small sea-facing balcony.

Serpa Hotel – A Hidden Gem by the Tyrrhenian Sea I had a wonderful stay at Serpa Hotel in Anzio. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were swift and easy, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed—comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, and a calm, minimalist setup that made it easy to relax. But the true highlight was the private balcony overlooking the stunning Tyrrhenian Sea. Waking up to that view each morning was absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and peaceful place to stay with breathtaking views, Serpa Hotel is a fantastic choice.

Great staff. Comfortable room. Across the street from the beach and a nice restaurant. But not walkable. You have to catch a bus into town if you don’t have a car.

Had a trgic piece of news and had to leave the day after we checked in. No refund at all, most unhelpful, unfriendly and callous. Stay clear. As an aside, all restuarants and shops much further from hotel than they claim

The desk clerks Paul and Bernadetta were awesome. Paul went above and beyond for us when we were stranded and made suemre we got back to hotel safely back to the hotel

Convenient location - just a train ride from Roma Termini and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The view of the beach, the ability to rent beach chairs and beach umbrella made this an enjoyable beach day.

This property was fine for us as an overnight stay and was right across from the beach. It is an older property but was clean and comfortable

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Also the property has free parking which it is crucial during the summer
