I was travelling with a couple who are Marriott Elite Members. They extended some of their benefits to me and upgraded my room. I was very pleased.

Wish I could have stayed longer. This is a stunning hotel.

Very nice hotel with pleasant service and great breakfast. Brilliant location in the centre town. Quiet and spacious rooms. I’d definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff, v comfy beds

Great location for enjoying the centre of Krakow. Not too far to walk from the station - 15 mins. A little difficult to find as the entrance on the main street is not that obvious. Room was not huge but well presented. No noise from the night life outside! Breakfast was fine - but for me a limited choice opf hot food as I like the full English (at least from the buffet - maybe more options on the a la carte)

Wonderful hotel - great staff and large room. Large balcony too. Perfect location to explore Old Town and all the city has to offer. I also had a massage at their spa. Great massage and well priced. Stay here!

Top hotel and staff

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott with my wife and son for two nights. We didn't eat here but very much enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi (open 7am-9pm during week days) for three days. The hotel is a reasonable walk (20-25 mins) from the train and bus stations and is only a 5 minute walk to the centre. There are some great places to eat and drink nearby. The room was clean and quiet. We stored a couple of bags at the hotel for a several hours after we checked out, which the receptionist was happy to help with. Overall, a really nice time spent at a lovely hotel.

Lovely relaxing stay, we made use of all the spa facilities - pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi (although note the steam room and sauna are only available in the evening). Small but well equipped gym overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of buffet choice and breakfast to order as required. Rooms spacious and light. Beds big and comfortable, although I would question the mattress toppers, a bit lumpy :-)

There was no hot water in shower for 2 days. In addition Sauna and Steam room were not working well. Disappointing stay given it is one of most expensive hotels in Wroclaw. I am Gold member of Marriott and this experience was not up to standard expected from AC Marriott.

Parking znajduje się pod sasiadujacym budynkiem. Hotel świadczy usługę validacji biletu i pobiera za to dodatkowa opłatę nie informując, iż bilet i tak należy uwierzytelnić w biurze parkingu. Jaki jest sens pobierania opłaty w hotelu plus marża skoro i tak później trzeba szukać biura które zlokalizowane jest przy wjeździe?
