Nice and clean hotel, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Good things to say about this Hampton Inn right next to the airport.

Great Customer service when I checked in. The gentleman was very welcoming and nice to me and my boyfriend. Breakfast had turkey sausage! That’s very rare to give another option besides pork. I’d stay here again because of the location tot he airport, shopping, cleanliness and good customer service.

Great staff

Checkin asked for our car license plate but never told of about a parking fee or the cost. No remote in suite bedroom. After going to get the remote. No one brought it up. The tv still would not work. No linens for the pull out bed. No pillows for the bed. Shuttle service only in a 5 mile radius. Not to Broadway. Very disappointing. Breakfast… over cooked turkey sausage. Watery oatmeal. Weak (strong) coffee.

Great service, clean and organized rooms, very polite and helpful attendant, delicious and well organized breakfast. The gym has great equipment, I will definitely be back!!

The desk staff was very efficient. The shuttle drivers, were outstanding(Shane & James). The bartender, Penny was great. The wine selection was 1 bottle 1 flavor of Walmart/Sam’s Club Merlot. The beer selection was weak. The liquor choices could really use more variety and choices.

Overall it was a good location. Room was well maintained. Staff was generally pleasant and helpful. Front desk handled a problematic set of guests well. Remained calm and polite even when group escalated.

We had a great stay!!

Very nice and clean

I called and asked for sheets and the front desk asked to as the housekeeper on my floor. Then I went and found one and still didn’t get sheets for the bed.

Elevators broke down. Zero parking that we had to pay for. Hook fell off the bathroom wall when we tried to hang out toiletry bag. Zero water pressure. They should pay people to stay here. And when I asked when the bar opened the lady acted confused and never told me.

It was the worst experience ever they broke on my truck and stole allll my luggage and the rooms did not have no locks on doors it was crazy
